Intentionality

Being intentional is more important than we sometimes realize.
Many times we get carried away with life and get busy... so much so that we forget to show appreciation to the people we love the most. Don't forget to be intentional. What may be something small or insignificant to you might change or mean the world to someone else.
Likewise, be intentional even with the people you don't know. Leave a footprint; a positive impact everywhere you go.
As a Christian, I've heard the saying, "You might be the only Jesus someone ever sees/hears." In other words, I must always be intentionally like Christ in everything I do because I should reflect who He is.
So I challenge you, Christian or not, what if your comment is the only good thing someone hears? Be intentional in the conversation with your coworker, even if it is just a casual conversation, you might be the only listening ear they have. Be intentional with your family, sometimes the ones closest to us suffer from mental illness.
Being intentional can reflect through a conversation, through an action, or through simply showing that you are there. True intentions are reflected in everything you carry out through your day.
Thought I'd keep today short and simple: A reminder to just be mindful and intentional in every interaction we have throughout our day. Thanks again for visiting! See you all next Monday!
